 An occurence associated with the operation of an aircraft

 Serious Incident 

 An accident nearly occurred

 Associated with the operation of an aircraft

 Manned aircraft

 Unmanned aircraft

 Attachment C, Annex 13

 

 

Incident

 Other than an accident

 Which affects or could affect the safety of operation
